Abrielle's Caddy is really giving her trouble as she is on her way to work & does not need to be late. She cranks & cranks the car & it gives her no indication of starting. She gives it a moment in hopes that a respite will change her fortunes. Unfortunately, it doesn't. she then begins to pump the gas pedal even harder as the battery starts to drain.
