Chelsey is having trouble getting the Electra to cooperate for her. It's bitter cold & the car doesn't want to start. She pumps the pedal in heels & out of heels in an attempt to get the car to start up. All the car seems to do is tease her. As she continues trying to get the car started she pleads with it in hopes that it will finally come to life.
