Cathy is having a very very hard time trying to get the Mercury to start up for her...she is very aggressive on the gas pedal is the car sputters and sounds as if it will start for her. It's very frustrating to have to deal with a vehicle that never wants to start up. But because Kathy can't afford a new car she'll have to deal with it.
