Natalie has a very important meeting this morning that she has to be on time to work for...she's a secretary at a big firm in the city and all of the executives are coming down to meet employees. Her boss urged everyone to be on time. The Mercury is the only vehicle available to her and unfortunately, it's in a mood. She gets in and knows that the car will be tough to start.
