Hayden has chosen the wrong day to show her grannies car that she's decided to sell. It's a cold & damp morning & Hayden has a potential buyer for the her grand mothers old Caddy. She meets the person at the lot & they proceed to the car.

Hayden decides that she will allow the potential buyer to see how the car runs, however, she is unable to get it started. She's very embarrassed by this as the car just turns over - she pumps the hell out of the pedal in her flip flops. She even removes her flip flops & pumps barefoot. The car would do this now.
