Tanya is dressed very provocatively and is headed to a bar for happy hour, or so she thinks. She gets into the Caddy under the impression that she's about to be on her way. However, that's not the case The Caddy is not cooperating with her, she immediately begins pumping & bouncing in her seat as the car sputters while trying to start. We see her from many different angles struggling with the old Deville. She may end up having to call a cab, or maybe she will just continue trying to get the car started.
