There's a new rule being implemented at Frances job by her boss . That rule is that all of the bosses assistants be in early & dress super sexy & provocative. So in order to submit her bosses wishes, Frances decides that she will be wearing super sexy stockings with her stilettos.

The only problem is that she may not be in on time because she seems unable to get her car started this morning . It's very cold & windy out & the Buick is unenthusiastic to start for her.
