In part two, we pick up with Carissa getting herself free much to Tilly's surprise. Carissa has revenge on her mind......the tickle type of revenge! She ties Tilly's wrists behind her back and puts her back on the couch and begins gently tickling her belly! Tilly then begins to laugh and Carissa's solution to all this laughter is a ballgag!
