You just can't find good employees anymore! It appears that I caught one of my main on-site maintenance workers falsifying his timecards! After checking up on him, I see that he is not working anywhere near the hours he claims he is. I notify him that he's going to be fired after he comes to see me regarding his latest time card not being approved. Of course, he starts crying the blues...."I have a wife and family", "I need my job" blah blah blah. I've heard it all before. He begs me for another chance and will do literally anything I ask.
