Today I wake up to discover that my toilet isn't working in my Dungeon. To make things worse the guy that I call to come over is loaded with excuses on why he can't fix it promptly. Honestly, I'm SO sick of contractors! None of them can do what they say! He shows up late,of course, and has some excuse about parts not being available or something like that. Blah Blah Blah... I don't want to hear it.As soon as I threaten to report him to the Better Business Bureau, his tune suddenly changes. He suddenly is much more co-operative in terms of getting the toilet repaired.
