I spent the weekend at the beach for a wedding and took some time to go out on the beach first thing in the morning and flex and stretch...I had to be careful of the surg that kept creeping up on me, but I did get a good stretch in! Exercise shorts, pig tails, Nike shoes, and a cute shirt--all with the surf waves as my backdrop. I love sharing my routine with you--all part of being an underwater and bondage model!
