I had an emotionally tough day and needed to release some anguish--this video was my way of getting myself back to center especially when I'm unable to get into a natural body of water, like the springs. I was given an amazing jeweled body suit and decided to use it as my focal point--over my head, across my breasts, over my torso/chest, and even as a gag! It's an amazing stretchy material that fits my body perfectly. I also practiced some more breathholding techniques (even one in a hogtie pose faced down!) and you can see my struggle...
