This is real documentation of a disorder I have Hyperventilation syndrome (HVS) is a name given to a collection of physical and emotional symptoms, largely brought about by hyperventilation. This happens when we over-breathe. The main signs of this are when we breathe much more quickly and more shallowly than our bodies needs. The main symptom is excessive yawning. You don't mind if I yawn this much do you? I can't control it...my eyes water as I yawn over and over attempting to get a full satisfying breath. I'm going to be aflicted with excessive yawning forever.
