This is an older amateur video from around 2007/8 of me squashing a client wearing a mask. It's grainy.. filmed on a tripod. I start with this before the trampling session.. trying to put as much of my weight on him as I can. I would have been around 180lbs I think.. I'm about 205 or 210 now some 10 years later :P
