I'm taking a bath when I feel the urge to challenge myself to hold my breath under the water for as long as I can. I try to hold it underwater in a few different positions. I lay on my back while I hold my nose, and then I flip over and face plant my head into the water holding myself under for as long as possible. I find it much easier to do with my belly down.
