Its 7am in the morning and its time to get up! It's the morning time I haven't eaten breakfast yet so I guess all that's left to go is brush my teeth before I get ready. I simply want you to see me doing part of my daily routine as I get ready for the day I do strange random things like check my cheek and tongue etc. Yes everyone should brush their teeth for around 2 minutes each day although I have a habit of doing sometimes slightly longer.

I like to concentrate on each tooth's surface as I brush. It does get foamy all around my mouth it has a habit of always doing this, not too...

The noise the toothbrush makes as it goes round is quite addictive too and it almost puts me in a little trance for a while as I am brushing. I'll show you my squeaky clean teeth and mouth before I head off to get myself ready.
