I mean today of all days! As she puts her hand in my door I realise the best way is to simply invite her in and let her chat, she looks cold so some time won't hurt.

Her chat and smile are very convincing, so I offer her a drink and when I offer it to her, she almost seems dazed. "May I use the bathroom" she asked, then it happens. She falls over and I realise she is out, possibly so tired from the cold and waking around all day. This is a great opportunity for me to see what she is wearing and to play around with her hands and legs, she is completely her wrists bent and body flopping as I move her around and I will look after her for now. What an excellent afternoon this has become.
