Eating junk food when I suppose to have a personal Gym instructor come and show me how to work out.

A PT is being sent to me from a friend as she thinks I am eating far too much! I eat too many carbs and too much sugar apparently and she sent her PT to give me a lecture and me into eating healthy and to show me work out exercises! No way is this happening! Do I need to exercise! I am hot and have a stunning body so I WILL eat like I planned to before he decided to show up!

He leaves me to it while he goes out to his car. This should be fun! Like I am going to do any exercis...
