This Fantacast clip is 19 minutes of Alex trying to get around in her SHS. With a rubber heel and crutches, she manages to get around fairly well and even go up and down stairs. It's still a challenge, so she stops and take s couple breaks, which is a good opportunity for some closeup toe wiggling shots.
