Bella's "game" continues when she wakes up in a straightjacket and is told to clean by a mysterious voice. Her long arm casts have been completely casted over making her upper body useless. She heads downstairs to try and do some laundry with her legs, but then she is told to sweep the floor. She's not having it and tries to break out of the cast.
