Zoe keeps having the same dream that she's in an upper body cast, but this time when she falls resting, she's visited by a mystery man who takes advantage of her situation. Her dream man does her in different positions and she uses her head, hands, and feet to try and please him back. Finally, he shoots on her chin and it drips onto the cast. But was it really a dream?
