Bree is out crutching with her friend in a light short summer dress. It's hot outside and even in a light dress crutching around on one leg in a stuffy cast can be difficult. Her foot is getting sweaty in the cast as well. So her friend suggests they go to an outdoor cafe where Bree can prop her foot up and her friend can cool her exposed toes with a cool wipe and uses a straw to scratch under her cast for her. When They crutch back to her building her foot still itches under jer cast though and her friend obliges with her trusty straw again and gets an unexpected reaction from Bree.
