(English) Casey was taught to use the bar hanging her hospital bed to sit up and reposition herself on the bed in her SHS - but she has trouble even doing that, falling back more often than getting up. But if she is going to have any semblance of independence the staff knows she is going to have to learn how to get around even with limited mobility in her casted condition.
