As she ponders the day's events in the elevator going up to her apartment her flaky neighbor from down the hall swoops into the elevator, and without even noticing Cindy's casted foot and vulnerable toes, drops her large bag of shopping right on them! Cindy yelps and is not pleased as she grabs at her naked toes to massage them and hopes they aren't broken! Her neighbor is mortified, apologizing profusely and offering to have Cindy over at least to sit down rest and have some coffee. Cindy agrees and out of the elevator with her neighbor.
