First, she must navigate outside building with lots of small sharp pebbles and water filled potholes. She must keep her eyes on the ground to insure she does not hurt her casted foot and almost misses the agent who is surprised at her condition when they meet. Then they go into the building which is dark and dusty, and Connie must navigate some rickety stairs all the while holding on to the agent's arm for support. Connie’s foot starts to ache as the building tour progresses and the agent suggests they go back to her home which is not far so Connie can rest her bad foot. When they get their Connie immediately starts wiping her half naked cast foot off and massaging her cold toes. the agent offers to assist with a soothing closeup cast foot massage.
