Hannah is having a damn hard time gimping around town on one good foot with a bus strike on. She's worn a sneaker on her good foot for comfort but its flat and her cast heel is very high, so she is favoring walking on her tip toes in the sneaker while at the same time she tries to walk keeping her exposed casted toes up and away from the hot dirty pavement. The result is a very cramped casted foot which she must rest often and massage for a good long time, which she does a couple of times in this clip.
