Poor Hillary is still getting used to her casted broken leg and crutching around in public. Her exposed wiggly toes are cold and crampy and she is very self-conscious about peopel checking out her bad leg and exposed toes. Cructhing on the uneven cobblestone on her way to a foot bridge she needs to rest and massage each of her tired toes. While bending down and doing them however some strange woman comes over and says she needs Hilary's crutches and wished to borrow them. Before poor Hillary can even say a word the stranger just takes them and runs off! Hillary tries to get after her but she is sure in no position to catch her, although she tries her best in a combination hop and gimp. Now she is really frustrated and left in a lurch in the middle of the bridge with even more people staring at her and wondering what's going on. She is so self-conscious! Now she is in even more trouble because she hasn't really learned to walk without crutches. She gimps a few steps keeping her casted leg out to the side to protect her vulnerable toes and then hops a bit with her casted leg up and in front of her; then a few more gimp steps then hopping again. And so it goes as she makes it down the slope of the bridge to street-level. Looks like she will be gimp-hopping all teh way home without her stolen sticks!
