(Recently enlarged clip) Jessica's been in a cast for a while and its really irritated her foot -- so her doctor obliged her in relieving her pain while still keeping her cast on which he feels she needs. So we find her in her sundress and heel crutching in her awkward plaster prison. Her cast foot is now half liberated, toes perfectly pedicured, and two toe rings the only thing she can wear on that foot. Struggles to gimp down the path with her crutches and climb some stairs.
