(In English) A unique medical, casting, sprain and foot clip. Kati gimps home in a panic. The Insurance scam she tried to perpetrate with her hospital technician friend has gone terribly wrong. After slipping in front of a store, Kati has her technician friend cast her. But the Insurance company wanted X-Ray's and now Kati has to show a real fracture! She begs the technician to break her foot so she doesn't go to jail! She obviously doesn't want to do it, but she also doesn't want to go to jail as an accomplice either. So she saw's off the cast in one of the unused procedure rooms of the hospital and proceeds to figure out how to best break Kati's foot. She' gives Kati Oxygen to prevent shock and proceeds to try t manually twist her foot. This only creates great pain, and a severe sprain. Then she has an idea! She takes Kati sore red foot and secures it to a leg traction device. Then she puts a very heavy weight on the end of the bandage tied to Kati's foot and *PULLS* as hard as she can.... There is a jerk and Kati screams and see's stars... But the leg still ain't broken. As Kati lies dejectedly on the bed, her poor foot aching, the technician has another brilliant idea! She gives Kati a plastic pipe to bite on and when she turns unexpectedly away from her, the technician picks up a steel medical tube and wails on her leg! Talk about wailing.... they can hear it in the next ward! Lots of interesting dialogue in this one as the girls scheme and then try to accomplish there painful scam.
