Poor Kelly wakes up in hospital after her latest accident. Some large clumsy guy in the subway stepped right on her already broken casted foot breaking her big toe as well! She check out her new "plaster shoe" and wiggles, splays and plays with her four good toes on her casted foot getting used the plaster between her toe cleavage.
