From the time she wakes up to discover herself in the hospital with a surprised "What the actual Fuck?!?" to her difficult struggle into the wheelchair with her two fully casted legs separated by a spreader bar Kiara is on a role and talking up a blue streak about her accident her cast what she can and can't do, etc... She tries to use the traction bar above her to lift herself up and and when the nurse comes in she asks her to clean the excess plaster off her cute little exposed, wiggly toes. She's border being completely immobile and asks to get into teh wheelchair, but she needs the nurses full help to do so because of the spreader bar and its still quite a struggle. We recommend this as a must not only because its the lovely Kiara in a big cast but because of how she talls to you about her casted condition in a fully comfortable situation as if you were there with her. To be continued as she leaves the hospital in a wheelchair to get home...
