(English) Poor Kiara is convalescing in the hosipital orthopedic ward after her accident and just being casted. Looking dejectedly at her casted toes they look like they are covered with birthday cake frosting from the plaster, but she is in no condition to reach them and clean them off. She also wnats to get out of there but needs help.
