However, her boss doesn't see it that way and orders her to take her legs off the table and hobble off to the kitchen to get her some coffee, which Lia dutifully does. As Lia tidies up, she briefly turns away, and her boss pushes a used wet wipe off the table, instructing Lia to pick it up with her bare toes, ostensibly to give them some exercise. When Lia complies, the boss then nudges a few papers off her desk and asks her to pick those up as well. After Lia gathers the papers, her boss allows her to sit across the desk. There, Lia rubs her aching leg while glancing at her exposed foot. She tries to put her leg back up on the desk for relief, using something as a cushion to avoid the plaster dust. However, no sooner does she do that than the boss orders her to go home.
