Rosalie has just gotten back to work as a makeup artist after an accident and she is fretting about how she will be able to stand all day on her aching broken foot while she is doing a client. She has no choice as an independent artist. She has to eat! And she can't show she is uncomfortable to the client, who is due any minute. Nor can she be standing on her crutches and looking all pitiful. So she ditches the crutches in the corner amd She cleans and files her five naked toes to insure they look pretty if they are going to be sticking out anyway! When the client comes she is gracious and hopes she won't be too put off when she props her casted leg up or uses one crutch to balance while working on her. When the client leaves Rosalie is relieved to be off her tired casted foot which she can now massage. She notices plaster residue on her one good boot and cleans it off while also trying to get some of the grime that's come off the floor off of her vulnerable naked toes. BTW Rosalie has the cutest little perfect toes and we have the closeups to prove it!
