Sentina crutches out on a beautiful spring summer day to take her mind off her full leg cast, a heel bar makes it awkward to balance on her one flat sneaker. In addition to her exposed vulnerable toes pointed down and scraping the floor, the cast irritated her heel and ball of her foot so much that the doctor cut it out, and that part of her casted foot is exposed as well.
