First a severe Achilles and femur injury playing soccer got her stuck in a full leg cast for quite a few month. The toe's on her casted foot are pointed downward so she needs a heel bar to be able to walk at all on that leg without damaging her Achilles tendon further. The cast so irritated her heel after a week that she begged the doctor to cut a chunk of the cast (or she would herself!) off her foot so her heel back and bottom are now exposed along with her toes. Today while trying to get around on one heel she accidentally slammed her casted second toe into a table leg and broke it! This clip opens with Sentina's roommate helping her out of the car after they return back home from the clinic sporting a additional toe splint for her broken toe. She's ditched her heel she used to get around for a comfortable flip flop. but it creates more problems of balance for her between her heel bar and non-existent flip-flop heel. So she now needs crutches to just get around. She gets out of the car and starts crutching topwards her appatrtment building with her rommate who kneels down to check out her casted toes (with close-ups of her splinted toe). Her toes still have plaster on them where the doctor reinforced the cast to deal with the extra toe split and the damage she caused. Her broken toe is so tender she didn't want to have the rest of them cleaned at the clinic, preferring to do it at home. As she crutches to the entrance she only now realizes the additional problem she is going to have with crutches and her broken toe getting up multiple flights of stairs to her walk-up apartment. Having stubbed her toe already she does not wish to do it again so she insists on getting up the multiple flights of stairs backwards. What follows is a long *agonizing* crutch up multiple flights of stairs backwards (with close-ups) and rest stops on landings to show off her casted toes. Finally her roommate literally pulls her up the final last few stairs by her underarms before she completely collapses. When Sentina gets in the apartment she makes herself a coffee (more close-ups). She forgets herself and uses her casted foot and bad toe to open the kitched can with her foot! Then she moves to a chair and drinks it with her casted leg propped up on a chair. Then she crutches into the living room, props her stiff extended casted leg up on the arm of the sofa and decides its time to clean her casted toes and polish the ones she can to make them look better if she will be to go out this way for months. She's been putting it off only going out with her good foot's toes polished and the bad foot staying natural. The problem is it’s impossible for her to reach her extended casted foot whether propped up or on the floor so she crutches over to her roommate’s room to beg for some more help. She obliges and is soon cleaning Sentina's casted toes and polishing them. It's not easy and Sentina yelps when her splinted toe is touched to clean it. So her roommate leaves her long toe for last to polish. When she does finally there is more yelping from Sentina as she gingerly tries to apply polish. She blows gently on Sentina's sensitive toes to dry the polish. Finally the deed is done and she gets up to check out her newly polished toes before changing.
