Then the nurses drag her up and out of the chair by the cast bar and steady her by the arms as they teach her to crutch around, awkwardly on tip toe due to how her legs are positioned with the spreader bar. Finally after a grueling session they put her back into bed and she use the traction bar above her bed to resettle herself in.
