(English) Veronica is having a lot of trouble getting around on her gimpy casted foot and one huge heel. Having sacrificed one shoe already however, petite Veronica refuses to give up her height though. So she struggles over to the clinic with he achy cast foot and exposed toes to ask what she can do about it.
