So she goes into the kitchen and decides to do the same thing people do to gloves -- she cuts all the little toes off the sock to give her own long bare toes some breathing room while allowing the rest of the sock to still warm her bare sole. Once on the patio she decides to make her naked toes useful since their blasting out of her cast and sock anyway. When she drops a lighter she uses her five little piggies to pick it up.
