So today I learned something new.
I always wear headphones at the gym so I never heard anything until today.
I did some home stretches without headphone and realized why I was kicked out of my gym, my gas.
OMFG!!!! It's bad!
So every time I would do a stretch no matter what position or stretch my ass would just let em rip over and over and over again like there was no stopping it, what the fuck is wrong with me?????!
