She's struggling to breath and falls to the floor, gasping for air. Charlee comes in to see if she's finished working out yet and sees her on the mat. She rushes over to her and lightly moves her shoulders. No response. She listens for a heartbeat. Nothing. Charlee begins CPR on Freya. She tilts her head back by her chin, opens her mouth and blows deep breaths into her mouth...

Mouth to mouth, chest compressions, even a couple tummy compressions too. Eventually Freya comes to, unsure as to what happened, but thankful Charlee was there!
