With a warrant out for her arrest Charlie calls the police station, these cops do not seem to take it lightly when a female of the species flirts with them to get out of a ticket. Charlie is reassured and puts the phone down only to be startled when the cops knock on the door! Charlie tried to fight it but is eventually detained in cuffs.
