Scene:

Charlie has been detained by an Officer, an Officer with a grudge. He demands that Charlie gets on her knees and does as she is told which is a problem as she is very fiesty! He tells her she must cuff her wrists and change from black pantyhose to nude pantyhose so she is ready for her Court appearance.
Charlie bad mouths the cop and gives as good as she gets but something tells me she will be left helpless and bound no matter what she does...
