In a foreign country Miss Monaco is investigating. She is in a strange place looking round and investigating strange noises coming from a building. At first all she finds is boxes and boxes of tape... she creeps upstairs calling out and finds a woman bound and gagged on a bed! There is a lot of struggling and gag talk and the frustration builds....
