You have an angry alien growing in your belly. The only way to keep is calm is to keep feeding it. You stuff your face with all the food you can find. You finally run out of food. When you do you feel it start squirming around a lot in your belly. You tell it to knock it off, there is no more food. There is a massive kick that knocks you back onto the bed.
