Since I don't follow my own advice, I'm hardly in a position to tell people how to use anal plugs, but this video clip certainly serves as a good example of what tends to happen if you don't give yourself a good enema beforehand. Otherwise when the time comes to eject the plug, you'll find it often comes out with a liberal coating of the brown stuff which then proceeds to get everywhere - you, your clothes, the bedding, the carpet, all of which then has to be washed and cleaned up afterwards. Plugs - fun while they last, but they can be a nightmare to clean up afterwards...
