Charlotte is a T-gurl under no delusions that she can dance and knows full well that she is useless. She's never had a single lesson in her life (you couldn't tell, could you?). If I was to describe her general style in the form of a newspaper review, it would probably be along the lines of 'Charlotte stomps about on the floor like an constipated elephant', and that is being kind to her.
