This was filmed in 2011 at the height of the garra rufa fish spa treatment fad that swept the UK. I actually had to pay out of my own pocket for both my girlfriend and mum to undergo the treatment and then pay extra again to the owner of the spa in order to be allowed to video it. Maybe now I will get some of my money back!
