Who would have thought that the Coronavirus would still be around in the 24th century and that there is a special law that states all Starfleet female personnel must be masked and gagged at all times. Or is Captain Picard just making that rule up so he can keep 'Deanna Troi' from whining and whinging at him all day? She is so much better with a face muzzle fitted.
