A male voice of the court relates her name and designation as 'Public Slut Level Five' describing her as an 'incorrigable crossdresser' and 'wanton whore' charging her with a number of offences under the Fashion Police Act, including heels that were too short and skirts that were too long. Having been found guilty, Charlotte is sentenced to a hundred spanks on her bare bottom with a paddle. Charlotte is then inivited to make a statement, so we hear a female voice thanking the judges for taking the time out of their day to punish such an unworthy slut. The male voice then returns and tells Charlotte to bend over the bed, drop her panties and 'assume the position'. The voice says that her next words should be in French.
